Collection of data

We are required to collect outcomes from people who have stopped smoking using the service. We may need to contact you by telephone, text or letter to confirm how you have got on and, where possible, ask you to attend a venue to obtain a carbon monoxide reading to support your smokefree status.

Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) has been used to capture feedback from NHS funded Community and Mental Health services. It asks users of the service whether they would recommend the NHS service they have received to friends and family who need similar treatment or care. The test provides Lancashire Care with important information: it is also the chance for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment that you have received and help us to improve services and see where we have done things right!
